Under the Canada-Quebec Accord on Immigration, Quebec establishes its own immigration program to select immigrants who will adapt well to living in Quebec. This Quebec Immigration program is called “Canada-Quebec Accord on Immigration” and is considered as same level of program as the Federal immigration category. Even if you apply to Quebec, the benefits and conditions are as same as you apply through Federal.

In Quebec, there are three immigration categories; Investor, Skilled Worker and Entrepreneurs. However, most applicants to Quebec are the Investors because the conditions and requirements for Skilled Workers and Entrepreneurs are very complex and complicated and difficult to meet.

In Quebec, 70% of population use French as official language. If you can speak French or have socialites in Quebec, it can affect as an advantage.
